Kate is an experienced healthcare professional with clinical experience across both NHS and private settings. She has experience treating patients of all ages, from paediatrics through to older adults, across a broad range of clinical presentations and specialties. She qualified with First-Class Honours from the University of Gloucestershire and has a particular interest in older adult musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation. Her clinical skills include musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation, sports massage and a range of hands-on treatment techniques, alongside ongoing development in acupuncture.

Kate has gained broad clinical experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings, working across a variety of clinical areas. Within the NHS, she worked as a Senior Physiotherapist, with a particular focus on older persons’ medicine, supporting patients with rehabilitation, mobility, functional recovery and discharge planning. Her private practice experience includes musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, sports massage, rehabilitation and hands-on treatment, working with patients across a range of ages and presentations.

Kate has a particular passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, older adult care and helping patients maintain mobility, independence and quality of life. She also enjoys working with sports injuries and rehabilitation and is interested in developing her skills further through ongoing acupuncture training and continued professional development.
