Christmas Card Voucher Terms and Conditions 

 

All of the below expire on the 15th March 2024 and are for use by the recipient or friends and family of the recipient. Vouchers cannot be used more than once or used with in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Each voucher is one use per one person.

Book an Initial Sports Therapy Consultation for just £25 

Appointment will be 30 minutes 

Consultation will involve assessment, testing and prescribed exercises – hands on treatment will be subject to time allowance.

Chiropractic initial Consultation and the follow up for £55.

This is broken down into 40min initial and 20 min follow up with small amount of treatment if indicated. Both appointments should be booked within 48 hours of each other, and both booked in at the same time

1:1 Clinical Pilates Assessment 

Valid with Cara or Lucy at Parkstone, Meyrick Park and Christchurch. Each session is 45 minutes long and will consist of an assessment and exercise session. Full details can be found within our blog page. This voucher will be valid from January 2nd 2024

Members of Meyrick Park Leisure club are entitled to 20% off any treatments. This excludes packages as they are already discounted. You will need to produce proof of membership.
