Gift Vouchers
Only one Gift Voucher may be used per patient, per therapy. Multiple vouchers may only be used together if purchased direct from Lilliput Health reception.
The value of the voucher will be deducted from full treatment price
The voucher must be mentioned to reception on booking
Treatment Courses
* Courses of treatments to be paid in full in advance and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
** Courses of 6 treatments are to be used within a 8 week period.
‘Returning Patients’ – A patient that has not had an appointment for over 12 months
New patient offers – If patients are currently under care from an existing Physiotherapist at the clinic, they are not eligible for the ‘New Patient’ offer.
Discount Packages
Discount packages are none-refundable and are valid for a 12-month period from the purchase date. Packages can not be purchased in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Any remaining unused portion of the package can still be redeemed, but additional fees may need to be charged to reflect any price rises that have been applied in the interim period. Residual credit cannot be refunded, but a credit note can be issued to be used against future treatments, products or packages supplied by Total Therapy Poole Ltd.
Credit notes will be issued if credit remains inactive for 6 months or more.
